They’re back! And they’re still delicious! Since last year’s pie give away was such a hit, we would like to offer our amazing clients a gift to express our appreciation once again. FIG Real Estate is a big fan of the Pie Factory, who has been serving Houston delicious pies for over 40 years. We would love to give you and your family a free pie to help celebrate the holidays!
Please contact us at info@figtx.com to order your FREE HOLIDAY PIE
We’ll be taking orders starting now through December 11th. Pick-up will take place at FIG Headquarters, 512 Heights Blvd., on December 19th, between 1:00-3:00 p.m. Place your order and then stop by to say Hi!
Did everyone get a nice surprise from their tax bill last week?! Mine is lower than last year (even though my appraisal value went up) thanks to the tax breaks approved by voters this November. Here’s a breakdown of the tax savings.
Want to report a pothole, broken traffic signal, or graffiti while on the go? The Houston 311 app makes reporting issues like these easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify your location and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Reports are automatically sent to the City’s 311 system and routed to city departments for resolution. Has anyone used it yet?
My old man rant for the day… I can’t stand these developments which include hundreds of build-to-rent units! Grrrrr! They are destroying affordability and making it harder for people to buy their own home.
And last but not least…
FIG Family Updates
As we mentioned, you’re one of us now. And we love to celebrate all the good news and events that are happening in the lives of the extended FIG Family! Please email info@figtx.com and let us know what’s going on with you!
Reagan & Emmanuel – “We found Callie through a Doodle Rock Rescue out of Dallas. She was surrendered by a breeder due to some vision issues, but she hasn’t let that keep her from living life to the fullest! Her favorite toy is her orange ball (which she will bring back to you for hours), and being an annoying little sister to Fitzgerald.” Congrats on finding your forever home Callie!
FIG Real Estate – Recently FIG volunteered at the HIM Food Pantry. Consider donating food or your valuable time around the holidays to help support the 200 families they serve each week. FIG will also be volunteering in Dec at the Bayou Bend Collection Christmas Village. Reach out to us if you would like to join the festivities and earn a free FIG t-shirt!
