 Free Pie Give Away

They’re back! And they’re still delicious! Since this give away has been such a hit over the years, we would like to offer our amazing clients another free pie to express our appreciation. FIG Real Estate is a big fan of the Pie Factory, who has been serving Houston delicious treats for over 40 years.

Please contact us at info@figtx.com to order your FREE HOLIDAY PIE

We’ll be taking orders starting now through December 13th. Pick-up will take place at FIG Headquarters, 512 Heights Blvd., on December 20th, between 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Place your order and then stop by to say Hi. We would love to give you and your family a free pie to help celebrate the holidays!

Here’s What I Think Is Worth Reading:

• The Houston Michelin Star ratings are out… What do you think? I was a little surprised by the BBQ additions but personally love BCN.
• From the Good News Department: Exxon Mobil sells over 1,000 acres to Harris County to expand a nature reserve in Pasadena.
• And more from the GND: Texas is looking to add almost 7,700 acres to public lands including 2 new state parks. The new state parks could be coming to the Hill Country and Enchanted Rock could double in size!
• There is hope for the Astrodome. My earliest baseball memories come from watching the Astros there so I’ve always hoped there was something we could do to save it. The Astrodome Conservancy proposed a $1 billion redevelopment plan that seems like a good option to me.
  • There have been some detractors though by the group that oversees NRG Park and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. What do you guys think?
• The Astros have agreed to a new naming rights deal and will change the name of Minute Maid Park starting January 1, 2025. I’m going to miss the Juice Box!

And last but not least…

Ron & Miranda – We’ve known these lovebirds for many years and Ron was actually a client of FIG Real Estate before they met! It’s been a pleasure watching them along their journey as well as helping them buy and sell multiple properties – including Ron’s bachelor pad, and their first and second homes together. Congratulations to the lovely Wright family on your wedding!

Longhorns vs. Aggies – No doubt you watched the big game but did you know that ticket prices averaged $1,072 per seat, making this the most expensive college football game ever, more expensive than any regular season NFL game in history? Over 109,000 people attended the game and many more tailgated, including Broker Michael (UT), sweet wife (A&M), and son (undecided)!
