Michael Flint’s involvement in Houston real estate began in law school when he launched a rental home company with a professor. Michael began his professional career as a mergers and acquisition attorney before moving to a real estate development company. After developing multiple residential and commercial properties as well as brokering millions of dollars in real estate for his clients, he opened the doors to FIG Real Estate in 2017.

Team Grows

FIG is a family. Literally. Michael’s first hires at FIG were his older (and wiser) sister and a childhood friend. And as new agents were added to the company, the trend of hiring family and friends continued. We also like to extend this tradition to the people we work with which includes our clients, the geniuses behind this website, and several home builders.

Current Day

Today FIG is 8 years old. We’ve employed more family and friends. Every day the FIG team works to improve people’s lives by guiding them through some of life’s most significant transitions and financial transactions. Ellen Brooks

Armed with a background in tech and with start-ups, Ellen Brooks is the Chief Operating Officer for FIG Real Estate and is responsible for office administration, accounting and finance, project management, business development, and marketing.

Sarah Estakhri

A University of Houston graduate, Sarah Estakhri began her career as an early childhood school teacher. She has taught in several areas of Houston including the West University, Eastgate, and Meyerland neighborhoods.

Michael Flint

Michael Flint grew up in Europe and Southeast Asia but returned to his family roots in Texas. He’s a University of Texas graduate, earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law, and bought his first home in the Houston Heights.

Cameron Loucks

Cameron Loucks was born and raised in Houston within the Southampton and West University neighborhoods. He attended Poe Elementary, Annunciation Orthodox School, and graduated from Episcopal High School.
