Covered services include: floor repair, deep-cleaning, de-cluttering, cosmetic renovations, painting, landscaping, staging, HVAC, roof repair, moving and storage, pest control, fencing, electrical work, kitchen and bathroom improvements, sewer lateral inspections and remediation, water heating and plumbing repair.
Once we agree to a budget, you’ll be asked to sign a 12-month listing agreement.
FIG will recoup its loan once the sale closes.
FIG has created a solid team of go-to handymen, inspectors, contractors, painters, stagers, landscapers, and professional photographers. And rest assured, FIG Agents are experienced and won’t spend unnecessary money.

FIG Real Estate – FIG recently hosted a free electronics recycling event for our clients to drop off their old and broken electronics. We collected laptops, printers, TVs, cables, and even an old typewriter! Thank you to our partner CompuCycle who ensures that all of these items will be recycled in an environmentally friendly way.
