Every April, Harris County mails out property appraisal values to homeowners. Last year, FIG reached out to our former clients, offering free guidance on reviewing and protesting their appraisals – and we’re excited to do it again!

Memorial Park is moving forward with r e-imagining the 100 acres along West Memorial Loop Drive that will be known as Memorial Groves. It will pay tribute to the Park’s World War I history. Love this as my own grandfather, Edgar Flint, trained at Camp Logan in 1917 before heading to France!
The Montrose Blvd. reconstruction project has started. Traffic will be a mess but here’s hoping it will provide the drainage and walkability the neighborhood really needs.
The Coca-Cola Bottling building on Bissonet in West U has finally sold. Opened 75 years ago and closed in 2018, you can find an interesting story about the history of the sale here.
A rare, 2 acre site near Rice University is for sale. The site includes 3 parcels on Rice and Times Blvds.
Houston just keeps on rolling. Both Apple and Nvidia are bringing AI manufacturing plants to Houston. These big moves are expected to bring jobs and even more economic growth to the city.
Apparently Fulshear is the fastest growing city in America. They say the center of Houston keeps moving west.

Georgia Flint – We are overjoyed to share that Broker Michael and his family have welcomed a new addition, Georgia Sue Flint! Georgia was born on April 9th, weighing 6 lbs, 7 oz. Both Mom and baby are home, happy, and healthy. And big brother is smitten, proudly calling her “his” baby and wanting to snuggle all the time. Congratulations!!!

Cameron Loucks – FIG Agent Cameron and his wife JJ got to take their long awaited honeymoon in Peru! A few years after tying the knot, they recently returned from an unforgettable adventure where one of the highlights was a stunning visit to Machu Picchu.
