Once we agree to a budget, you’ll be asked to sign a 12-month listing agreement.
FIG will recoup its loan once the sale closes.

The old Acme Seafood in Montrose on Westheimer is also going to be renovated. Radom Capital, who did Heights Mercantile, M-K-T and Montrose Collective, has purchased the site and is repurposing the old theatre plus three neighboring buildings. More details about the project can be found here.
